1. What AdsBull does

AdsBull is a Google Sheets and Excel add-on that connects to advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, Shopify) via their official APIs and writes your ad data into your spreadsheet. We act as a conduit — your data flows from the platform API directly into your Sheet. We do not store your ad data on our servers.

2. Data we collect

OAuth tokens.When you connect an ad account, AdsBull stores an OAuth access token in Google Apps Script's User Properties (scoped to your Google account, not shared). Tokens are used solely to make authorized API requests on your behalf. We never store your passwords.
Email address. If you sign up via the waitlist form on adsbull.net, we store your email to notify you about product updates and access.
Usage logs. We may log basic error and usage events (e.g. failed API calls) to diagnose issues. These logs do not contain your ad data.
Account & plan data. Your email, plan, and monthly usage counts (such as the number of fetches) are stored in our backend database so we can apply your plan limits and show your usage. Your ad data is never stored there.
Billing data. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our Merchant of Record (Creem) processes your payment. AdsBull never sees or stores full card details — Creem handles payment data directly.

3. Data we do not collect

We do not store your ad campaign data, spend figures, or metrics on our servers.
We do not access your Google Sheet contents beyond what is needed to write the requested report.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

4. How we use your data

OAuth tokens are used exclusively to call the ad platform APIs you have connected. Your email (if provided) is used only to send AdsBull product updates and is never shared with third parties.

5. Google user data and Limited Use

AdsBull's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The Google user data AdsBull accesses is limited to the following scopes, each used only to deliver the feature you request:

Google Sheets (spreadsheets). Used to write the ad reports you request into your active spreadsheet. AdsBull reads and writes only the cells needed for the report.
Google Ads (adwords). Used to fetch your Google Ads performance data on your behalf after you connect a Google Ads account.
Email address (userinfo.email). Used to identify your account and scope your stored connection settings to you.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide and improve AdsBull, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition. We do not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative consent, it is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), to comply with applicable law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

6. Third-party services & subprocessors

AdsBull connects to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, and Shopify APIs via OAuth to pull the data you request. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies. AdsBull is not affiliated with Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, or Shopify.

We rely on a small set of subprocessors to run the service. They receive only account and billing metadata — never your ad data:

Supabase — hosts our backend database (your email, plan, and usage counts). Privacy
Creem — our Merchant of Record for payments; receives your email and payment details when you subscribe. Privacy
Resend — sends transactional and product emails; receives your email address. Privacy
Vercel & Google Cloud — host the website and the Google Sheets add-on runtime.

7. Data retention and deletion

OAuth tokens stored in Google Apps Script User Properties are deleted when you disconnect an account via the AdsBull sidebar, or when you uninstall the add-on. To delete your email from our waitlist, contact us at support@adsbull.net.

8. Security

OAuth tokens are stored using Google's built-in Apps Script properties storage, which is scoped per-user and encrypted at rest by Google. We follow Google's recommended practices for handling OAuth credentials in add-ons.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with an updated date. Continued use of AdsBull after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
